As you can see, blackjack is a popular casino game among both the online and land-based casino communities. All ages, all styles: blackjack appeals to everyone.

Despite this, the rules remain simple and accessible, which is why, over time, numerous variations have appeared in the game. Here are some of them.

Classic Blackjack – the original version of the game. Loved by players around the world, the rules are crystal clear and accessible to all.

Free Bet Blackjack – another variant of Blackjack devised by Geoff Hall. Players can find an additional feature to the classic Blackjack. When the player decides to split or double, he does not risk losing his hand. This means that the player can use his techniques more often than usual.

Switch Blackjack – this is also a variation of the game devised by Geoff Hall in the early 21st century. The difference with classic blackjack here is that the dealer gives you two hands instead of one. Thus, throughout the game the player has the option to swap cards between hands.

The payouts are distributed differently than in a classic Blackjack game, in this one the classic redistribution is 3 to 2, whereas in BlackJack Switch the odds are 1 to 1.

5 Hand Blackjack – the special feature here is that the player will have 5 hands instead of just one! The downside is that the difficulty is increased by a factor of five, but the upside is that the chances of winning are also increased!

Single Deck Blackjack – a variant of blackjack that is played with only one 52 card deck. If you’ve decided to give it a try, you’ll be pleased to know that the house does not have a huge advantage. In other words, it is possible to increase the size of your winnings.

Caribbean 21 – Caribbean 21 is a variant of blackjack in which the face value of aces can never be 11 points.

Live blackjack – today you also have the possibility to play blakcjack live. A real dealer, filmed live from a gaming studio or a real casino, deals the cards. Most online casinos are equipped with software that allows you to play this way and many players prefer this experience as it brings them closer to the real thing and allows for human contact and genuine interaction.

There are still many variations of blakcjack. Don’t hesitate to try and find the one that suits you best…
